Lost or Delayed Packages

1300 Decants Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
